Independence, OH (Sports Network) - Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Sasha Pavlovic will reportedly miss the next four-to-six weeks with a high right ankle sprain, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The 6-foot-7 Pavlovic suffered the injury when he landed awkwardly during the first quarter of Sunday's 101-91 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers, the club's first setback in 24 home games this season.
